It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a People Operations Generalist to our growing team. Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will have the opportunity to help us build the People Operations function and office team culture for Beyond India, in addition to having global collaboration opportunities within the People Team.

As our People Operations Generalist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting and administering day-to-day People Ops processes & systems, including onboarding and offboarding coordination, and recognition programs
  • Owning payroll processing an benefits administration for our India based team members
  • Ensuring all company policies, procedures & compliance requirements for our India based team are up to date and in line with current local, and national employment laws & regulations
  • Managing operational pieces of internal employee changes (such as role, department, and compensation adjustments)
  • Pulling and presenting weekly / monthly / quarterly People Operations metrics
  • Assisting in managing and maintaining our internal wiki and HRIS
  • Supporting our Finance Team by ensuring India based team is abiding by internal spend policies

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in a People Operations or an Internal Operations role
  • Willing and able to work the US EST Time Zone
  • Experience working for a US company
  • Some experience supporting operational HR programs (ie onboarding and HRIS maintenance)
  • Deep understanding of local compliance laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings
  • Experience with Google Suite tools and a basic understanding of Excel (able to do simple formulas and calculations)
  • Office Manager experience is a plus!
