It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Director of Demand Generation to our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to set the strategy and oversee the execution of full-funnel demand generation programs.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a unique combination of creative and analytical chops. You will stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends, gathering new ideas from industry leaders and competitors, and continuously optimizing demand gen campaigns to ensure Beyond is efficiently and reliably generating high-quality pipeline and revenue.

As our Director of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for:
- Design strategy for DG Campaigns, Paid Media, Customer Lifecycle Marketing for our Host segment, and Account-Based Marketing. Lead team to execute on developing and optimizing compelling, high-impact campaigns programs across digital channels (website, email, search, affiliates, etc.) and in-person channels (sponsored events, field marketing, etc.)
- Translate data, customer insights, and campaign performance into recommendations that continuously improve program performance through rigorous testing
- Establish operating model with regional sales teams to deliver consistent demand generation programs in global markets
- Recommending the appropriate account targets, messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline / opportunities for all global sales team
- Create the personalization strategy for campaigns and messaging across all audiences and geographies
- Plan, manage, and optimize spend for annual demand generation budget to support funnel growth and pipeline velocity for global demand
- Establish key performance indicators for demand generation team to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance across multiple in-person and digital channels
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in cross functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit – including leadership in Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success – and actively share business and marketing strategy with those stakeholders

- Growth-minded: you are adaptable have a drive for continuous improvement. You have a track record of up-leveling past reports through mentorship and educational guidance.
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 8+ years of experience with an emphasis on B2B demand generation (preferably in the technology industry) with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Competency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, PLG, activation, and personalization.
- Strong track record of driving demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue.
- Deep experience with top MarTech platforms and/or tools and how to best leverage to better reach targeted enterprise accounts and buyers
