It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Program Manager, Marketing Operations, to our growing team. Reporting to our Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead and execute strategic initiatives and to drive excellence and efficiency across our global marketing function. You’ll help shape and improve processes and work streams within our global sales and marketing operations, contributing to their ultimate success.

As our Program Manager, Marketing Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Run Hubspot like a pro: Customize, build and maintain HubSpot, our marketing CRM, ensuring system efficiency, data accuracy and hygiene. Manage integrations with Salesforce, Qualified, ChiliPiper, Zapier, n8n, Gong, Clay and other third party applications.
  • Turn data into action: Partner with our BI and Marketing Leadership teams to define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure consistent analysis around campaign performance and funnel conversions to inform our B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
  • AI & automations at scale: Leverage AI & automation tools to optimize day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign efficiency. Develop and streamline workflows, sequences, and automations to improve lead acquisition, enrichment and conversion.
  • Own the journey: Own, iterate and improve our Marketing Operations Playbook. Architect dual-track growth strategy balancing self-service Host adoption with enterprise ABM initiatives. Work actively in our Lead Scoring Methodology, Attribution Models and help shape our channel strategy.
  • Be a Team Player: Oversee and manage tactical work across the Revenue Operations team in support of achieving strategic and collaborative objectives.

  • Get creative: you can balance solving complex issues swiftly while encouraging cross-functional partnership to take an interactive approach, finding ways to run experiments and trials.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations for a B2B/B2C software company.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations. (certification is a plus).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills demonstrated by previous experiences (SQL experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to identify and break down large, complex problems into individual tasks resulting in successful project completion
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong prioritization skills and ability to communicate priorities upward and outward
  • Desire to problem solve and build new processes from scratch
  • You don’t wait for anyone to tell you what’s next. You’re naturally curious, a total self‑starter, and always looking to level up your skills and career.
  • Experience with Userpilot, Posthog and Google Analytics are a plus
