It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add an Account Executive 2 to our founding Australia-based team. Directly reporting to our NA Sales Director, you will have the chance to help us build, own, and accelerate our growth in the Australian market. As our Account Executive 2, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities within a defined territory
  • Owning and driving the full sales cycle, including building new total addressable market, prospecting, qualifying, presenting, defining solutions, negotiating the pricing and terms, and closing deals
  • Understanding the needs of your target prospects and articulating the value that Beyond provides in solving them
  • Strategically building a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure we meet our plans for growth
  • Working as a collaborative team member to develop new ways to increase awareness of our products and to both evolve and improve the lead qualification process
  • Conducting compelling and engaging product demonstrations via the web or in person
  • Creating structure for and executing in-market roadshows, in-market visits, and co-partnership events and webinars with partnerships and associations, including preparing, participating in and representing Beyond in speaking and panel opportunities at key events.
  • Partnering and aligning with both the Marketing and Partnerships team members to identify new partnership and association opportunities, better understand and effectively address changing regulatory conditions/landscape across the market (including suggesting original content creation ideas and defining), and executing on-demand generation strategies in order to increase pipeline creation, both in market and virtually.

  • Consultative: You take a meaningful interest in understanding the mechanics, pain points, and objectives of any potential partner in our industry. You define and lead a meticulous discovery process to be prescriptive and map bespoke solutions to their needs.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience, SaaS preferred
  • Demonstrated the ability to create, develop, and implement consistent and effective business development best practices and processes with a proven track record of developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives
  • Experience selling to Australian businesses
  • Willing and able to travel 1-2 times per month
  • Vacation rental industry experience a major plus
  • Multiple years of CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
