We’re looking for a Sales Leader who is passionate about growth & learning to grow the B2B channel for the LATAM market. As the LATAM B2B Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new customer acquisition and executing against a comprehensive account/territory plan, as well as driving sales to achieve revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for mapping the best strategies and tactics for each country.
The ideal candidate will possess strong new business sales experience and a solid account management know-how that enables them to drive engagement at all levels. Also an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities to build our growth channel. As the Sales Manager you’ll be expected to build and lead your team overseeing their activities and performance.
You will conduct consistent data analysis to guide strategic decisions and to establish learnings that will help you define standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results across all our creative outputs. Must have experience in LATAM sales (Mexico, Colombia and Chile).
ADVANCED ENGLISH and SPANISH: English is used daily in contact with the international product, operation, support, and marketing teams that are located at the company's headquarters in San Francisco, USA.
HYBRID WORK: This job is based in Miami. This position requires you to go to the office three times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage high-performing teams of Sales Executives
  • Grow the team as we scale
  • Create and execute sales strategies for LATAM countries
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and a develop sales pipeline
  • Close business contracts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and booking goals
  • Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute prospecting strategies
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all potential and existing clients through solid account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals
  • Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients’ information in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Native level of Spanish and full fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven prospecting experience with the LATAM market
  • Team management
  • B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Solid track record in advanced enterprise sales with proven over-performance
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit with a new solid business (Hunter) DNA
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
