The Position
We are looking for a visionary Account Executive with a deep passion for sales and education to join our B2B team in Turkey. As an AE, you won’t just sell; you will inspire and foster innovation within our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is proficient in pivoting sales strategies to execute and maintain sustained engagement and adaptability.
Your mandate will be to make Cambly the dominant advanced English language learning platform among small, medium, and enterprise businesses in Turkey.
In this role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of English learners across Turkey, as well as the opportunity to be part of Cambly’s efforts to drive the B2B business for one of its most strategically important countries.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close
Developing a strong sales pipeline with inbound leads and outreach
Creating new opportunities within SMB and enterprise segments
Maintaining up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in Hubspot
Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
Providing accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Proactively addressing customer concerns, enhancing existing processes, offering guidance, and sharing expertise to enhance the customer experience
Serving as a client advocate, focusing on enhancing the overall buyer experience
Collaborating with other internal teams such as Student Support and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and success
Requirements:
Based in Istanbul, in-office at least 2x / week
7+ years sales experience, including the full cycle from prospecting to closing
A proven track record of executing the full sales cycle, adding net new logos and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to confidently do outreach to build self created pipeline
Reliable sales forecasting to achieve targets monthly, quarterly and yearly
Strong prospecting and solution/value selling experience
Strong “go and get it” mindset with passion and determination
Self motivation for continual self-learning
Game-changer, self-starter and desire to take extra responsibilities by herself/himself
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Having a deep knowledge and experience of the sales tech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach, Clay, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.)
Experience in the start-up world, e-learning or HR industry is a plus
Only Turkish native speakers with fluency in English
