The Problems You’ll Solve

At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Producer in the Office of the CEO, you’ll work to:

  • Build a deep, always-on pipeline of multimedia assets in various formats, optimized to build the public-facing executive brand of Carta’s founder/CEO, Henry Ward.
  • Collaborate with a team of communications strategists, social media professionals, and community building experts to create a universal look, feel, narrative and editorial style for all OCE-centric content.
  • Provide direction on most performant mediums, content types/styles, and evolving trends on influencer content and act accordingly in creation.
  • Work with freelancers, agencies, and in-house talent to create processes that scale, allowing for more consistency and volume over time (without sacrificing narrative or aesthetic quality).
  • Apply storytelling expertise to subject matter that’s often considered dry and technical — creating exciting narratives that help Henry and Carta achieve our audience goals.
  • Work with other members of the Office of the CEO to map opportunities for content creation to CEO travel, speaking, conferences, etc. to maximize utility of content created in existing vehicles and manage logistics
  • Partner with content, social and communications team for alignment/cross-pollination in Carta’s owned, earned and paid channels with CEO content where desired.
  • Find a cadence in communications with internal stakeholders on upcoming CEO content opportunities
