The Customer Success Manager helps to shape the future of business for our existing customers through growing their User, Technical and Business Success.We are seeking an innovative Customer Success Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our customer base.If you are highly motivated and love building and growing, this is the place for you. What will you be doing?
  • You will drive the post-sale customer journey and manage the overall relationship with our customers.
  • You will be the customer’s “go to” person during all parts of their journey and will ensure they have a positive experience during and after implementations.
  • You will become our customer’s trusted strategic advisor to ensure our customers are making the most out of their investment.
  • You will be the advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally
Responsibilities
  • As CSM, you are responsible for managing relationships with multiple customers, and within each develop connections with stakeholders to understand their unique operational challenges and Job Ad/Landing Page Section Content Search Profile to map these to the value of Sparkrock products.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, able to prioritize and complete tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment, and business-focused with the aim of helping clients and expanding relationships.
  • You will act as an advisor and consultant, as well as a customer advocate within Sparkrock.
  • You will do this with deep market knowledge with the ability to engage and communicate the business value of our products while driving towards established goals.
  • You are a champion of what is possible for our customers and will proactively work with them to leverage our solutions to match their needs.
  • As Customer Success Manager, you are driven to meet ambitious individual goals to support this exciting time of growth and scale for Sparkrock.
Requirements
  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years experience working on the customer side of ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Extensive experience with ERP and/or CRM software and MS Office
  • Supporting customers across North American time zones.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work
  • Superior listening skills
Nice to have
  • Accounting Designation
  • CRM experience to manage accounts and opportunities
  • Experience as a Customer Success Key Account Manager, Sales, Consultant, or relevant role
