An exceptional candidate will have:

A deep passion for movies and entertainment, with a thorough understanding of the industry
Extensive product management experience, ideally in a subscription-based business or entertainment technology
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
A track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Requirements

10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in both legacy web2 and web3
Experience in tokenization and blockchain
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong background in user experience design and customer insights
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in entertainment and media
Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical concepts
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
