As a Franchise Systems Specialist on the Glass Doctor team, a typical day for you will include:

• Project & Training Materials Development: Creates project plans and training resources (documents, videos) for software platforms (ServiceTitan, etc.) and operational systems (office, sales, service).

• Franchise Support: Provides direct and indirect support to over 195 franchise locations for implementing and using point-of-sale systems.

• Learning Management System Management: Creates and maintains Glass Doctor University, a comprehensive online training platform with diverse resources (videos, webinars, etc.).

• Data Analysis & Improvement: Assists in collecting, analyzing, and distributing data to optimize benchmarking and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Franchise Adoption & Usage: Drives franchise business owner adoption and usage of new and existing systems.

(Required qualifications)

• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

• Skills:

  • Project management, organization, problem-solving, administrative support, and facilitation.

  • The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

  • Technical and training & development skills

• Education: Associate’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. Bachelor’s preferred

• Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid (Waco, TX or Irving TX) or Remote
