Director of Product Management

As a Director on the Product Management team, a typical day for you will include:

• Defining, delivering, and owning the product strategy, roadmap, and its results.
• Writing user stories, own product and release backlog, continuously prioritize backlog based on customer priorities and work closely with various scrum teams to ensure we deliver to our commitment
• Working closely with UX Designers and other Product Managers to ideate, prototype new concepts and workflows for various form factors, get customer feedback and provide finalized designs to scrum teams
• Learn and improve based on adoption and customer feedback while owning, planning, and executing product roadmap and its results.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition and positioning the product appropriately
• Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals along with running the business case and P&L modeling
• Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product while successfully communicating and working with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments

(Required qualifications)

• Experience:
  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in a job Web, Mobile, and Point of Sale products/platforms.
  • Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies
  • Experience working with senior executives and ability to develop relationships at all levels while delivering complex powerful products that are made simple for our users.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple projects in an iterative process

• Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in office/work from home policy can be flexible. Our HQ is based in Irving, Tx.
