As an Account Executive on the Neighborly Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Sales Execution and Customer Acquisition

    • Demo NCS software products and services to educate prospects.

    • Propose and negotiate customized solutions to close deals.

    • Onboard new clients smoothly and ensure they are set up for success.

    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring a minimum production of $15K per month and $180K annually.

  • Demand Generation and Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to solve business pain points.

    • Drive sales growth by actively engaging with franchise owners and capitalizing on existing customer demand through strategic outreach and relationship management.

  • Performance and Revenue Growth

    • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive sales strategies and improvements.

    • Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.

    • Contribute to the profitability and revenue growth of NCS through strategic sales efforts.

    • Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge including services and industry trends.

(Required qualifications)

Experience: Three (3+) years in Operations, preferably in a sales capacity.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    • Remote or Hybrid (Waco, TX)
