As a Franchise Business Coach, a typical day for you will include:

  • Partner with 20-40 franchisees: Serve as their dedicated point of contact, providing ongoing support and guidance on all aspects of their business.

  • Travel and build relationships: Embrace a dynamic and flexible schedule with approximately 20-25% travel time (about 1 week per month) to connect with franchisees across diverse locations.

  • Foster collaboration and growth: Lead monthly business reviews, analyze performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies to optimize franchisee success.

  • Champion communication and transparency: Proactively share company updates and relevant information, ensuring franchisees are informed and engaged.

  • Optimize financial performance: Collaborate closely with franchisees to implement brand initiatives, improve P&L statements, and maximize profitability.

  • Provide expert coaching and mentorship: Share your business and operational knowledge, empower franchisees to overcome challenges, and inspire them to achieve operational excellence.

  • Technology champion: Train and equip franchisees on proprietary and leading-edge software systems to streamline their operations.

  • Build community and connection: Lead and participate in conferences, training events, and other initiatives to foster networking and learning within the Neighborly® family.

  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own.

Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

  • Experience with a franchise system or comparable multi-unit operations is highly valued. Experience in the home service industry or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L analysis and strategies for driving profitability.

  • Knowledge and experience with operational processes and best practices in managing field operations.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field strongly preferred. Master's degree considered a plus.

  • Experience Required: Five (5) or more years of experience in managing and operating small businesses or similar concepts.

  • Preferred but not Required: Two (2) or more years of experience executing D2D and Ground Game marketing and sales activities.
