As an Admin Assistant on the Mr. Electric team, a typical day for you will include:
Assist and support the Mr. Electric Vice President of Operations in their daily activities.
Project Management and Administration: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage a variety of administrative and project-based assignments. Collaborate with colleagues and franchisees to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
Coordinate travel arrangements, onsite/offsite meetings, prepare expense report, manage schedules, emails, and other general office tasks for the VP of Ops.
Manage the Brand’s administrative responsibilities for franchise owner contract administration, including ownership changes, entity conversions, and renewals.
Maintain and update franchisee information in the Franchise Tracking database (FranConnect). Provide support to franchisees with their needs and inquiries.
Communications: Prepare drafts of monthly franchise communications, as well as standalone communications to be distributed to franchise network
Office Management: Manage promotional materials, catering, office supplies, employee events, business cards, and other office-related needs.

(Required qualifications)

Experience: 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
Experience working as a paralegal can be a plus for this role, particularly for tasks involving contract administration and legal compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

10% travel

Schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM
