You will be a direct part of growing Neighborly brand's retention rate by successfully guiding the customer from lead, to first time user, to repeat customer, to a lifetime value customer.
As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey with our enhance brands at Neighborly. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will also have future involvement in supporting a new CRM system Neighborly is building with an external vendor. This role will support email, SMS, and in-app experiences.
This role is a part of the Lifecycle/CRM team within the marketing department, directly reporting into the Director, Lifecycle/CRM.

As a Sr. Manager, Lifecycle & CRM on the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a robust lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with the overarching goals of each repair brand. You can develop a strategy brief, inclusive of customer segmentation and audience recommendations, competitive research, and prior campaign performance. You will know the ins-and-outs of each of your brands, understanding the full customer experience, and how CRM can be reach those customers.
- Execution:
- You have strong project management skills and know how to bring your lifecycle campaigns to life quickly and effectively. You utilize our system, Monday.com for managing your day-to-day workload.
- Analysis:
- You love analyzing customer behavior and segmentation data, based on the journeys you develop. You can calculate email engagement metrics and understand statistical significance. You’ll provide comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations to other stakeholders.
- Testing & Optimization:
- As part of your lifecycle strategy, you are always thinking of testing opportunities to optimize campaign performance. You’ll follow our 2025 testing roadmap and also add to it with new ideas. You enjoy pulling your own reports within our customer data platforms, to analyze performance of your campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team, marketing analytics, product, and technology, and external agencies/vendors, to achieve your lifecycle goals. Building relationships across these teams is key for the success of this role.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- Proven experience with 7+ years in a lifecycle & CRM related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working with the customer engagement platform, Braze, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Not afraid to respectfully share your opinion or thoughts when making key project decisions.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office.
