As an Executive Assistant on the Glass Doctor team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Brand President, including calendar management, planning, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the department's administrative tasks, such as phone calls, emails, presentations, reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the physical office, including office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Lead and assist in event planning, including reunions, regional meetings, business training week, and other events.
  • Coordinate with franchise owners to provide support and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, the corporate team, and all other stakeholders.
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, documenting feedback and communicating with the appropriate parties.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise internal and external communications using various channels, such as email, social media, and the company website, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and objectives.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Powerful interpersonal and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
    • Strong planning and project management skills.
    • Positive and professional attitude.
    • Technology savvy.
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
    • Sense of humor
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid (Waco, TX)
    • 25% travel
