As a Franchise Compliance Specialist at Neighborly, a typical day for you will include:
Assist and support the compliance team with day-to-day operations which may include contact with internal and external parties
Compiling, analyzing, auditing, researching, entering, or verifying information to determine compliance with standards
Ensure that sensitive documents and information are handled with confidentiality.
Coordinate compliance audits with candidates and auditors
Assist with tasks involving former franchise owners, including tasks such as creating folders for terminated franchise owners, entering data on a shared spreadsheet, identifying online listings for former franchise owners, and identifying the phone number after a web search
Use databases and software daily by entering accurate information needed into systems like Microsoft Suite, FranConnect, and Great Plains
Conduct follow-up communications with the appropriate contacts to ensure compliance.
Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own

(Required qualifications)
1 or more years of business administrative or related experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Franconnect, Smart Compliance, and Great Plains preferred

10% travel
