As a Project Manager on the Strategic Operations team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and delivering measurable impact.
  • Translate executive vision into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, driving initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate project roadmaps using agile methodologies; iterate based on feedback, results, and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to execute against the roadmap.
  • Serve as a central point of accountability across project stakeholders, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and addressed early.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure initiative success and operational effectiveness, reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

(Required qualifications)

Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting/corporate business development, or operational roles within a private equity backed company.

Skills:

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with business-critical outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks; comfortable managing technical and non-technical workstreams.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in executive-level presentations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / master’s preferred but not required

Schedule / in-office requirements: This role will be based out of our Irving, Texas office located at 500 E. John Carpenter FWY, Irving Texas. Neighborly follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in office.
