As a Business Implementation Manager on the ShelfGenie team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Drive Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales processes, lead marketing initiatives, and provide in-person support and coaching at franchise events.

  • Leverage Data & Automation: Analyze market trends, automate workflows using Python and SQL, and create performance dashboards with Excel and Power BI for data-driven decisions.

  • Optimize Technology & Systems: Support system integrations with APIs, HTML, and JavaScript, and manage the tech stack including Microsoft Intune and Active Directory.

  • Provide Franchise Support & Training: Act as a key liaison for digital solutions, resolve operational and marketing issues, and deliver training on various tools.

  • Foster Best Practices & Alignment: Facilitate knowledge sharing among franchisees, create documentation for consistent execution, and partner with internal teams to align initiatives with business goals.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development, franchise operations, or sales/technology strategy which provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.

  • Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools including Intune, Entra, and Active Directory.

    • Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and systems administration in Linux/web environments.

    • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across departments and franchise networks.

    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

    • Highly collaborative, responsive to feedback, and energized by working in a fast-paced, franchise-focused environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Technology Management, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline, OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong grasp of business development, franchise operations, or sales/technology strategy.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid schedule (3 day in office) /Reports in to the Irving office.
