As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Neighborly, a typical day for you will include:

  • Work directly with the Program Management Department to review invoices and assure accurate formatting, pricing and billing.

  • Work with franchisees to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with software used to transmit data to program carriers (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, DASH, MICA, Symbility/CORELOGIC, Mobile Claims, Quality Assurance Assist).

  • Provide support to the Franchise Consultants on franchise issues dealing with any of Rainbow’s program work.

  • Provide support and training as needed for Rainbow’s systems as it relates to program work.

  • Act as liaison between Rainbow’s program customers and franchisees as needed to resolve problems and quantify customer satisfaction.

  • Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities.

  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

  • Write speeches and articles for publication reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.

(Required qualifications)

  • Must be comfortable in dealing with business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.

  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support.

  • High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.

Education & Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years of related experience preferred but not required.
