As a Talent Acquisition Manager, a typical day for you will include:
- Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
- Effectively manage, coach, and train Recruiters to deliver excellent results, instill a standard of excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process.
- Identify and leverage the right internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, social media, job fairs, networking and third party assistance.
- Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top-tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance
- Lead recruiter for critical and confidential leadership positions

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of previous recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology
- Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve recruiting goals and foster a collaborative culture.
- Ability to develop creative talent acquisition strategies to implement effective recruitment plans
- Strong business acumen to identify the talent needs of the business
- Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop solutions
- Knowledge of high-volume recruiting, interviewing and selection process required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently without supervision as well as work in a team
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; 3 days in office, 2 days teleworking in Irving or Waco, Texas
- Our office locations are:
- 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx
- 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
