Sonder is looking for an Associate Recruiter in a contract role that will be hired via a 3rd party vendor. The Associate Recruiter will support our Central Guest Services (CGS) and Market Operations teams.

AT SONDER YOU WILL:

• Partner and strategize with hiring managers to find and engage extraordinary talent to build Sonder's guest services and operations on a global scale

• Research and uncover top talent using creative methods and sources - most of the roles you will be hiring for are non-exempt/hourly and will require high-volume recruiting experience

• Partner with our Market Operations hiring leaders and up to 10-markets concurrently conducting full cycle recruiting for multiple roles per market and carrying up to 30 requisitions at a time

• Build and maintain candidate pipeline while multi-tasking across hiring stages and hiring teams in an efficient and organized manner

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Ability to read, write, & speak the English language fluently

• One or more years of experience in interviewing, assessing talent for Customer Service and/or Operational roles

• Informed and nuanced approach to identifying, engaging, and closing bar-raising talent

• Experience in high volume recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• An infectious passion to grow, learn, and evolve

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced work environment
