There are two primary departments that work closely together: Marketplace and Air Operations. We are looking for talented individuals that are passionate about shaping the future of air mobility and inventing something the world has never seen before.


● Main point of contact for on-demand flights
● Develop skill sets, including good judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills and
ability to confidently and accurately represent the Surf Air Mobility Brand
● Act as a knowledgeable and hospitable source of information for passengers, taking
immediate steps to initiate service recovery when needed
● Understand their travel needs so we can organize magical moments
● Manages client communications from post payment collection to Trip Management,
and post-trip functions
● Provide proactive and immediate customer communications with respect to aircraft
delays, cancellations, weather updates and customer specific trip logistics
● Coordinate inflight catering, ground transportation, and luggage shipments as
● Verify catering has been delivered and is per specifications
● Handle all flight following and trip communications in the days leading up to the trip
(collecting manifest details, weights, DOB, etc)
● Communicate any airport specifics beforehand (i.e. international expectations, etc)
● Directly coordinates and communicates any revisions that occur related to changes
in scheduling or aircraft availability in a timely fashion
● Assist crew members with service related requests as needed including restocking
of aircraft amenities
● Engaging with the clients, proactively providing refined luxury service and acting as
an informational liaison to the rest of the Surf Air team

● Provide live communication updates with the broker, operator and client;
Designated correspondent in the event of irregular operations, including but not
limited to weather activity and mechanical issues
● Completing and submitting post-flight reports once the flight has successfully
● Ability to enforce policy and procedure in a diplomatic manner
● Identify opportunities to increase member satisfaction

Experience & Qualifications:

● Must be 18 years of age
● Must be willing and able to commute to different airports within a 100-mile radius of
“home base” airport
● Must be willing to commute daily to HQ in Hawthorne, CA (If living in the Los Angeles
● Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include varying shifts, weekends,
late evenings, early mornings and holidays. Candidate must provide dependable
availability upon applying.
● Experience working with high-profile clients is preferred
● Tech-savvy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
● 2-5 years’ experience working in customer service, hospitality and/or related field
● Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by an employer
● Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment

Pay: $60,000/yr + Commission
