We are scaling up our financial team and seeking a talented Accounting Manager, who will be a key player in managing the accounting & financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include bringing accounting in-house from our current accounting provider, closing the books, and utilizing your extensive expertise in financial software such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex financial landscapes and contribute to the success of our SaaS business.

Responsibilities:

1. Month-end and Year-end Close:
• Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and statements.
2. ASC 606 Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date with ASC 606 standards and implement proper revenue recognition policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
3. Financial Software Expertise:
• Leverage your proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel to streamline financial processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on financial software utilization.
4. SaaS KPI Analysis:
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the SaaS industry.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Our main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong background in closing books and implementing ASC 606 standards.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel; familiarity with other financial software and tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
