About The RoleUber is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Team. This role will report to the Global Head of Treasury! In this role, you will lead our Trading & Hedging activities by driving forecasting efforts, developing strategy, mitigating risk, and optimizing execution for hedging. As a member of the Global Finance Team, you will bring Treasury subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted advisor to the broader Uber team! What You'll Do

• Lead and develop team responsible for global investments, foreign exchange, debt operations, trading & investment systems, and executive reporting activities
• Serve as Treasury’s lead trader for foreign exchange partnering with key cross-functional partners to provide strategic advice and manage risks and exposures
• Develop and build foreign exchange risk management strategies and Treasury forecasts to scale, analyze exposures and variances, and own critical business reporting.
• Partner with internal teams supporting Accounting, Payments, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Capital Markets, Tax, Insurance and Financial Risk Management
• Own and actively lead other treasury projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in Foreign Exchange, Treasury Investments, and/or relevant area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Bloomberg, investment analytics and accounting systems, and FX trading and exposure systems
• Experience in establishing company guidelines and protocols for FX exposure management
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting and ASC 815
• Wide knowledge of Treasury functions
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Self-starter: you take initiative, set goals, and meet them

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $170,000 per year - $189,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $170,000 per year - $189,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
