About The RoleWe are looking for a seasoned product leader and people manager to drive high impact consumer growth initiatives and coach a team of passionate, talented product managers. You will develop and execute on vision and strategy that enables Uber to deliver magical consumer experiences.
  • Design rider product experiences that drives growth, adoption and also reliability
  • Design earner product experiences that increases our earner proposition, increases transparency and builds trust
  • Develop pricing systems that allows Uber to drive sustainable unit economics and improve margins
  • Collaborate with the design team and guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking
  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collaborate with regional teams to collect data and insights that are vital to advise product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, rider behavior, or other business metrics. Solicit and welcome critical feedback.
  • Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation
  • Supervise and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process to drive growth
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to Uber executives, employees to riders.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of top-tier PM experience working on user-facing products and features
  • People leadership experience
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Strong UX ability, experience working in deep partnership with design
  • A deep desire to grow and learn
  • A true passion for Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
  • Very strong leadership - experience aligning stakeholders on a product vision and roadmap
