As the business leader embedded with the Product team, you will lead a cross-functional team to surface key insights, prioritize product needs, and lead the global operations for product lines. About The TeamThe mission of the Rides product team is to build the right products and experiences for our Mobility consumers, and to drive consumer growth. Product Operations on this team drives scale, growth, and operational excellence for the global Rides business. As the business leaders on the Product team, Product Ops ensures the right products are built and owns the go-to-market strategy & operationalization for Rides products. What You'll Do

• Define the operating model to implement and scale product strategy
• Develop end-to-end product business plans and lead global Ops teams on implementation
• Facilitate regular communications with Tech and Business Leadership on product vision and progress
• Advise throughout the product lifecycle on business implications, global feasibility, and prioritized insights
• Ensure key stakeholders (Legal, Tax, Policy, etc) are aligned on business objectives and prepared for product launches
• Track core business metrics and identify key problem areas to iterate on post-launch

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, or similar analytical role
• Leadership experience - you can empower a community of peers and inspire them to action
• Excellent communication skills - you effectively engage internal and external customers
• Customer empathy - you have a deep understanding of user experience
• Strategic problem solving - you can leverage data to inform and support critical decisions

Basic Qualifications

• SQL Proficiency
• Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
• Economics or quantitative experience
