- Provide support to Managers and Leaders in the business: coaching on performance management, accommodations, business conduct, policies, and other HR-related topics
- Be part of the COE Leadership team and support the delivery and enablement of any people-related programs and initiatives
- Partner with your cross-functional teams on larger projects and organizational changes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement of HR programs and processes, to improve the overall Employee and Manager experience, and drive simplification
- Provide support to the Krakow Centre of Excellence team during the performance review lifecycle by contributing to the talent reviews, talent assessment, and follow-ups
- Enable and mentor Leaders on the function-specific performance management program (P4P) and collaborate closely with global teams to share feedback, enabling the continuous improvement of the program
- Own and strengthen key partnerships for the team (with other People COEs: Benefits, ER, People Operations, People Systems, Analytics, HRBPs)
- Be a change agent who can partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deploy regional and global initiatives
- Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in your region or function
- Be a data-driven champion, able to analyze data inputs, draw insights, and present them to the Business and different stakeholders
- Min 3 years of professional, related experience as an HR generalist, advisor, business partner, or project/program manager in the human resources field
- Proficient in English and Polish language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Poland employment practices
- Experience with mentoring line Managers & peers on HR processes and supporting them in strengthening their leadership skills
- Proven capability of providing Employees and Managers with HR consultations
- Experience with driving positive solutions to sophisticated Employee escalations
- Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems
- Proven effective partner management and collaboration with other teams to deliver a consistent employee experience
- Exposure to Employee Relations and understanding of investigation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong project management expertise
- Project Management across various HR disciplines
- Workday experience is a plus
