About the Role

As the Product Manager for the Global Delivery Sales Operations function, you will be responsible for building internal products at global scale and delivering a world-class Marketing and Sales experience for the UberEats Commercial teams. You will drive building the Product Roadmap across Go-To-Market Tech stack by embedding product mentality into Ops processes and talent, as well as partnering with our Business Technology Engineering organization. This role will require deep collaboration with various leaders and senior individuals across the company to build consensus and an in-depth understanding of key business processes and the applications that support them. You will be owning the Global capability roadmap and defining solutions to enable consistency while supporting regional differences.

What You’ll Do

Voice of Commercial team: Guide day-to-day work of Sales Ops and Technology team on Sales process standardization, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.

Sales Ops Proven Experience: Solid understanding of B2B domain and channels (E-comm, Direct, Indirect) with proven experience in B2B Lead to Contract transformation

Communication: Ability to use strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to a wide diversity of people, including technical, business, and leadership teams. Monitor and report on product and release metrics to key team members

Data Driven: Strong analytical abilities to ensure that we are building products/features based on the data and not intuition

People Leadership: build, lead and manage a team of Business Systems professionals to a high-performance culture

Collaboration and Mentoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define product features that deliver value to the business, mentor junior employees, and foster a culture of product mindset within the team.

Problem Solving attitude: Ability to roll your sleeves to troubleshoot any major/minor issue and come-up with creative solutions

Managing Product Backlog: Maintain and groom the product backlog by prioritizing items based on business value. Proactively communicate upcoming features, changes, and release dates to all the Stakeholders

Manage Day-to-day Operations: Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and changes. Collaborate with development teams through the agile development process to ensure user stories are delivered per acceptance criteria. Lead scope and minimize scope creep to ensure on-time delivery

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Sales and Account Management, participate in evaluating new tools and techniques, and propose innovative solutions to enhance Sales systems, processes, and governance practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of product ownership or product / program management and a record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions
  • Technical Expertise: 10+ years(s) experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management / Sales force automation or similar platform
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong discernment with solid understanding of Sales processes related to new business and existing business management
  • People Management: 4+ years in a people management position with strong leadership skills and experience coaching and mentoring a diverse team.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year.
