We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission by understanding business priorities, detecting opportunities, offering recommendations to improve business outcomes, and scoping, coordinating, and leading high-impact regional projects. What You'll Do:

• Operational Performance Management: Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help devise strategy and action plans.
• Business and Operational Insights: Generate valuable insights by analyzing data and market trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Opportunity Detection: Identify and assess opportunities to enhance operational performance and profitability, proposing and leading initiatives to implement improvements.
• Regional Scope Projects: Lead and coordinate regional projects aimed at enhancing operational and business performance in Grocery & Retail Latam, and promoting best practices across different countries in the region.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business improvement, project management, or related roles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Project & Stakeholders Management: This role demands strong stakeholders and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Fluent English language skills are essential for this role.
• Innovative and Self-Reliant: A proactive, innovative, and self-reliant approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Data Proficiency: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Gsheets, databases, SQL) is a must.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
