Community Operations is the heart and soul of our #BuildWithHeart approach at Uber. We work with customers, people earning money on the platform and partners at enormous scale. Community Operations helps operationalise every new and existing product and idea that Uber comes up with - it’s an organisation that touches every part of Uber!
About the Role
The Uber Community Operations organization is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Program Managers within Community Operations partner cross-functionally with operations leaders, engineering teams, and other organizations to build processes that enable an effortless, rapid, and efficient customer support experience. The role would be focused on creating new supply across InSA.
Your Impact in Role:
- Support manager or project lead on cross-site level projects
- Communicate and address blockers
- Track & follow up with stakeholders on action items and deliverables
- Structure projects and create project plans with milestones
- Define and measure project targets for business metrics
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working with a variety of stakeholders and projects in fast paced environment and basic business acumen
- Problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
