About the Role:

Uber Eats is looking for a Regional Digital Sales Center (DSC) Sales Leader in APAC to drive our SMB sales efforts within their designated region, managing BPO partnerships to achieve ambitious growth targets. Reporting to the global Digital Sales Center Sales Leader, with a dotted line to the regional sales leadership, this role will be responsible for executing the DSC strategy within their market, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives, and delivering revenue growth.

Your impact in role:

  • Take full commercial ownership of SMB BPO-driven revenue across the APAC region, delivering against ambitious growth targets.
  • Manage and optimise BPO partner performance through disciplined operational cadences, including Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Design, standardise, and scale outbound and inbound sales motions across multiple markets, ensuring consistency and quality in merchant engagement.
  • Develop playbooks, best practices, and operational frameworks to strengthen BPO commercial performance and drive sustainable regional growth.
  • Lead new market expansion initiatives, including establishing BPO operations in key growth markets such as Japan and Taiwan.
  • Serve as a senior thought partner to regional leadership, championing SMB merchant needs and helping shape future strategies for growth and experience across APAC.

The experience you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in sales management, ideally within BPO-driven environments, with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in managing external BPO partners and internal stakeholders across multiple functions, markets, and time zones.
  • Demonstrated success in building, refining, and scaling sales operations, including outbound and inbound strategies and operational frameworks
  • A highly analytical mindset, with proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and using data-driven insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to execution.
