We believe that local success is powered by deep relationships. That’s why we’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to grow and lead key partnerships with some of the most prominent restaurant groups and national merchants in Portugal.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of national key accounts in the food delivery space, driving growth in orders, customer engagement, and revenue.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers at top restaurants, influencing their digital strategy and delivery performance.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive success for your clients—turning insights into action.
Leverage your deep understanding of local markets to unlock new opportunities, from delivery zone expansion to promotional optimization.
Be an ambassador for Uber Eats, embodying our brand and advocating for our partners’ needs both internally and externally.
- Travel across Portugal to maintain strong face-to-face relationships with clients and gain valuable market insights.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or a client-facing role.
Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset—you know how to listen, solve, and influence.
Able to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments; you're adaptable and proactive.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical mindset and comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Flexible to travel across the country to meet your restaurant accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing Enterprise-level clients in industries like SaaS, tech, retail, or FMCG.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
