About the Role
Uber is building a new era of advertising—and you can be part of it. As an Ads Partner Manager, you’ll join the founding team of our Uber Advertising division in México. In this role, you’ll work directly with the country’s top brands to bring impactful campaigns to life across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery platforms.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert, managing end-to-end campaign execution while driving strategic conversations that align Uber’s ad solutions with your clients’ marketing objectives.
What you'll do
Monitor and optimize campaigns proactively, identifying performance issues and implementing solutions quickly
Lead campaign implementation: join kickoff calls, align stakeholders, coordinate launches, and manage day-to-day execution
Own campaign reporting: deliver regular performance insights and optimization recommendations tailored to each advertiser
Build deep client relationships, understanding their business and marketing goals, and positioning Uber as a growth partner
Consult on performance trends and adjust campaign strategies to maximize outcomes
Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing data and partnering with internal account teams to grow investment
Act as the voice of the customer: relay feedback to product and operations teams to inform roadmap improvements
Drive adoption of new products, creatively communicating value and differentiation
Lead team-wide initiatives and contribute to scalable playbooks that enhance advertising impact at a broader level
What you'll need
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Ad Operations
Hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns for enterprise-level clients
Familiarity with CPG brands and advertising industry dynamics
Ability to analyze performance data, synthesize insights, and make strategic recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large, complex organizations and stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset — SQL proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Self-starter mentality: adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity
Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
