Account Executive, Uber Eats - Switzerland

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Uber Eats' presence by forging strong partnerships with restaurants in your territory. This is a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth of a leading food delivery platform.
What You Will Do
Represent Uber Eats with clarity and enthusiasm to restaurant owners, highlighting our services, values, and product offerings to inspire partnership.
Develop and apply strategic prospecting techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber Eats and our latest innovations.
Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new partners.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Uber Eats’ mission and culture.
Proactively engage with prospects through diverse channels—calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
What You Will Need
Work authorization in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided)
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to sell, persuade, and negotiate with confidence
Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
Comfortable using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to drive engagement
Genuine passion for food, technology, and Uber Eats’ mission
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
Understanding of the Swiss restaurant and food delivery market
Additional language proficiency (e.g., French or Italian)
Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
