  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Conduct deep-dives into catalog metrics, surface key insights, and measure the success of initiatives. Drive improvements in catalog accuracy and consistency across all regions.

  • Process Design & Scalability: Develop scalable global processes that support efficient catalog operations. Apply a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and prioritize high-impact improvements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with regional catalog teams, product operations, and engineering to ensure seamless execution and knowledge sharing across countries.

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to a highly global and multicultural team, partnering with colleagues across diverse markets.

  • Opportunities to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline agents to senior leadership.

  • Daily immersion in English communication, with optional opportunities to interact in Spanish, French, or Japanese.

  • Learn from industry leaders and build a strong international network within Uber.

  • Experience solving complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience (operations, strategy, analytics, or technology).

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing large, unstructured datasets to generate business insights.

  • Strong ability to evaluate impact across business functions and propose scalable solutions.

  • High degree of ownership and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.
