We enable seamless support experiences for riders, earners, and partners through data-led strategy, smart automation, and scalable solutions. Your work will influence high-impact programs and shape how Uber serves customers across the region.
What You’ll Do
//Make customer experiences smarter, faster, and better:
- Lead or support large-scale, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
- Structure complex problems and develop data-driven, elegant solutions
- Run experiments and surface insights to enhance support experiences
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner across teams to launch products, shape policies, and drive automation
What you need to be considered:
- Experience in management consulting/fast paced tech firm in a business problem solving capacity
- Proven track record running structured, cross-functional projects independently
- Strong data fluency
- Experience in a fast-paced, analytical, or operational role
