Your Impact
Prepare, reconcile, and submit accurate and timely expense reports for executive leadership.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the C-suite, including meeting scheduling and coordination.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and executives, ensuring a polished and professional first impression.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
Manage conference room scheduling, meeting setups, and special projects for executive leadership.
Oversee mail, packages, office supplies, and operational needs to keep the corporate office running smoothly.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in front desk, executive assistant, or administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur or other expense management systems a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
Proven discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Experience in hospitality or corporate executive office settings preferred
