We’re looking for a dynamic Evening Manager to oversee 2nd and 3rd shift operations at the Grandview Resort in Las Vegas. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure smooth nightly operations, support your team, and provide unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support staff across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry during evening/overnight shifts.

• Handle guest check-ins, resolve concerns, and provide personalized service with a genuine smile.

• Anticipate and address guest needs—sometimes before they even ask.

• Coordinate VIP services and promote amenities, programs, and local events.

• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Foster a respectful, positive, and professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hospitality management experience (timeshare or resort preferred).

• A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Skilled in balancing multiple priorities under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Flexible schedule—available evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
