The In-House Vacation Sales Concierge is a sales-driven role designed to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by proactively engaging resort guests and owners to schedule qualified vacation ownership presentations.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales presentation and volume production goals.

  • Use persuasive sales techniques to influence guest interest while building trust and loyalty.

  • Deliver professional, energetic, and confident interactions that convert conversations into scheduled tours.

  • Accurately input bookings and maintain daily sales reports.

  • Prepare bank sheets, deposits, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

  • Partner with the sales and marketing team to maximize opportunities and achieve team targets.

  • Support owners and guests with resort and local information while positioning vacation ownership benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).

  • Proven success in sales, marketing, or lead generation required.

  • Timeshare, telemarketing, or concierge sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be competitive, self-motivated, outgoing, and persuasive.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to work at multiple local resort locations as needed.

  • Must meet background requirements.
