Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Lobby Greeter/Ambassador to join our team at The Grandview/In-house Marketing. As the first point of contact for guests entering our timeshare property, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression, and enhancing the guest experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with visitors and promote the welcoming atmosphere that sets our timeshare apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting & Engagement:
Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the lobby, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Offer assistance with any inquiries, directions, or special requests. - Information Provider:
Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information about timeshare offerings, available amenities, local attractions, and property events. - Check-in Support:
Assist with the check-in/check-out process, ensuring all guest details are processed quickly and efficiently, and offering guidance on resort features and services. - Customer Service Excellence:
Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any issues or concerns promptly, while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude. - Maintain Lobby Ambiance:
Ensure the lobby area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times. Be proactive in addressing any needs for cleaning, maintenance, or restocking supplies. - Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with other departments, including front desk, guest services, sales, and housekeeping, to ensure guests receive an exceptional, seamless good guest experience. - Administrative Support:
Assist with light administrative tasks, such as booking reservations, updating guest records, and managing guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in hospitality or timeshare industries, is highly desirable. - Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals in a friendly and professional manner. - Positive Attitude:
A welcoming, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist and enhance the guest experience. - Detail-Oriented:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Team Player:
Willingness to collaborate with team members and share information to improve guest experiences and overall resort operations.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time/Part-time position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
