Location: Events throughout Nevada, Arizona, and Southern California (Las Vegas to Phoenix preferred)

Compensation: Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities

About the Role

As a Field Package Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of Vacation Village Resorts by Vacatia at local and regional events, connecting with travelers, sharing incredible vacation opportunities, and helping them take the first step toward their next getaway. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your personality, communication skills, and drive to succeed will shine.

You’ll represent the Vacation Village Resorts by Vacatia brand at fairs, festivals, and special events, engaging with potential customers, building excitement, and closing vacation package sales right on the spot.

Responsibilities:

• Approach guests with confidence and enthusiasm to introduce Vacation Village Resorts by Vacatia’s vacation ownership opportunities.

• Identify customer needs, present tailored vacation solutions, and close sales with professionalism and integrity.

• Complete digital contracts and payments on your company-provided tablet.

• Help maintain an inviting event space, distribute marketing materials, and back up your team during busy times or staff breaks.

• Stay Organized: Keep accurate, timely records of leads and transactions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or lead generation experience (hospitality or vacation ownership a plus)

• Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality with a love for connecting with people

• Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding expectations and earning rewards

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple event locations

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, concierge, or field marketing preferred
