Now Hiring: Common Area Attendant / Grounds Team Member
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and guest-ready? Our resort is looking for a dependable Common Area Attendant/Grounds Team Member to help maintain beautiful outdoor areas and high-traffic public spaces that make our guests feel at home.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on across the property—supporting cleanliness, assisting multiple departments, and ensuring our resort always looks its best.

Pay Rate: $15.50-$16.00
Shifts: AM and PM Shift, Includes a weekend shift
What You’ll Do
Keep public and outdoor areas clean, safe, and guest-ready across the entire resort.
Maintain pool decks, walkways, parking lots, elevator lobbies, and grounds.
Empty trash bins, pick up exterior debris, clean ashtrays, and restock pool towels.
Straighten and maintain pool furniture for a polished appearance.
Assist with minor tasks including carpet shampooing and basic furniture moves.
Deliver supplies or assist other departments as needed.
Pull dumpsters for scheduled pickup.
Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs when acting as a runner.
Follow all safety guidelines and uphold resort service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer familiarity (Word, Excel) is a plus.
A team player who can also work independently.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical & Work Environment
This role requires constant walking and movement throughout the property.
Regular bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling (10–25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs with help).
Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to weather and varying activity levels.
