Artera’s RevOps team is looking for a new Sales Analyst to join the team. Your primary goal is to make the sales reps’ jobs easier. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The right person for this role is motivated by improving processes and thrives in an ambiguous environment. You are someone who enjoys working on exciting challenges; you have worked on sales process improvement projects before and would be excited to repeat this again at a new organization. You have a mindset of innovation and are excited to bring your ideas to this team. You are driven by delivering a great experience to your stakeholders and have a team first mindset. You are growth oriented and want to work on a team that is always looking for how we can make things better. You will report into our Manager of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with deals and order processing; review deals in deal desk efficiently and effectively
  • Expedite the sales process; help the sales reps navigate internal processes
  • Connect different stakeholder groups and drive internal communication forward to ensure alignment
  • Partner with Sales, CX, and Finance to understand their business priorities and understand how RevOps can support their goals
  • Gather data and share it accordingly; assessing gaps in data and escalating those gaps
  • Assist with contracting order forms
  • Own documentation for new or changing processes; support and train the sales reps as necessary
  • Run commissions and elevate our process
  • Serve as quality control for the sales team; review deal structure and audit for deal sizes
  • Create standardization from scratch
  • Continually looking for ways to improve processes and uplevel this team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a Operations, SalesOps, RevOps, BizOps, Sales Enablement, Deal Desk, Contracts, or similar type of role for a software company
  • Strong interpersonal skills; experience working collaboratively with all levels and areas of an organization and knows how to build stakeholder partnerships
  • Experience writing SOPs for Sales and CX teams
  • High degree of initiative; go-getter attitude
  • Proactive but also highly responsive; acts with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong independent worker; comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Salesforce experience
  • Strong experience in Google Suite
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to travel monthly to SB HQ (if not already living in the area)
  • Able to work non-standard hours as needed (i.e. end of quarter)

LOCATION
Artera values in-person collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Kansas City, and Philadelphia (Wayne).
Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA, and we have an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne), PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area, your role will be hybrid and you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements.
If you live in Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Kansas City, your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities, Artera will be considering opening offices in these locations. Once that happens, you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements.
